  • The XLDsl Dilution Refrigerator Measurement System is a dilution refrigerator system that uses a helium-3/helium-4 isotope mixture to create a deep cooling environment down to the milli-Kelvin range, based on the principle of dilution of two isotopic phases at ultra-low temperatures, where the controlled evaporation of He-3 creates a continuous heat absorption effect.
  • The system consists of sequential cooling stages (pulse tube precooling, still, heat exchangers, and mixing chamber), allowing for stable temperature maintenance without the need to refill liquid cryogen. The XLDsl architecture integrates a measurement system and multi-layer signal wiring (RF/DC lines) optimized for reading and controlling superconducting qubits.
  • Thanks to low vibration, high thermal stability, and the ability to reduce electromagnetic interference, the system creates an ideal environment for quantum computing experiments, measuring quantum states, and developing next-generation qubit technology.
