In trace element and isotope analysis, ADST supplies world-leading systems such as SIMS, APT, and LEXES from CAMECA, along with HR GD-MS and IRMS from Nu Instruments. In imaging and analytical technologies, flagship products include SEM, TEM, and FIB electron microscopes from CIQTEK, AFM and Raman systems from Oxford Instruments, and XRM, XAS, and XRF platforms from Sigray. Moreover, ADST provides specialized equipment for semiconductor research and development, including PVD, CVD, lithography, and ion implantation systems from esteemed partners such as K.J.
