- The Jacomex PureSmart Standard Range glove box is a specialized product protection solution in an ultra-pure gas environment, ideal for academic research, start-ups, and industrial production. The system is designed with a tightness level of Class 1 according to international standard ISO 10648-2 (oxygen method) with an extremely low leakage rate of less than 5.10⁻⁴/h.
- The entire structure of the cabinet body, vacuum chamber, and piping system is made from high-quality stainless steel X2CrNi18-9 (AISI 304L), combined with a sealing system using EPDM material with superior durability and chemical resistance.
- The sample input and output process is carried out through a manual vacuum chamber Ø 400 mm (length 600 mm) with an integrated sliding tray and removable rails. The heart of the system is the independent clean air unit Core-8, which has a large adsorption capacity (36 L O₂ and 1000 g H₂O), allowing for automatic regeneration with a flow of N₂ or Ar supplemented with 3-10% H₂. With a flexible modular design, the system allows for the integration of additional auxiliary equipment such as a mini vacuum chamber Ø 150 mm, solvent traps, deep freezers down to -40°C, anti-static solutions, specialized filters, microscopes, and through-wall connection ports.

- Safe sample loading system: Equipped with a mechanical vacuum chamber operated manually with a diameter of Ø 400 mm and a length of 600 mm integrated with a safety interlock door.
