That is why NXT has developed a unique non-contact measuring device, capable of quickly and accurately measuring the spectral reflectance and the appearance of color of anti-reflective (AR) coatings, or the coating thickness of hard coatings and varnishes on transparent and semi-transparent curved surfaces.
NXT has also developed a product line to test all types of layers currently used in any type of OLED stack structure – including both organic and inorganic layers – both during production and off the production line.
