  • The glove box Jacomex PureMod Modular Range is the top recommended optimal solution for integrating scientific equipment, measurement systems, and in-depth analysis that require strict atmospheric purity. The system achieves absolute airtightness Tightness Class 1 according to ISO 10648-2 (oxygen measurement method) with a very low leak rate inside the cabinet body below 5.10⁻⁴/h and at the clean air unit/vacuum chamber below 10⁻⁵ mbar l/s.
  • The entire cabinet shell, technical piping, and vacuum chambers are made from high-quality stainless steel X2CrNi18-9 (AISI 304L) combined with a sealing system made of EPDM material that is chemical-resistant and has high compressive strength. The breakthrough of PureMod lies in the independent clean air unit Core-10 with adjustable airflow ranging from 0 - 120 m³/h, ensuring extremely fast gas flow response. 
  • The integrated vacuum chamber device is a manual type with a diameter of Ø 400 mm, a length of 600 mm, featuring a sliding tray on a removable rail and a safety interlock door. Thanks to a rich range of integrated options from auxiliary vacuum chamber configurations Ø 150 mm (with heating), solvent traps, deep-freeze cabinets at -40°C, electrostatic discharge solutions to optimized designs for cleaning or electro-polishing surfaces, PureMod perfectly meets high-tech applications in semiconductor component manufacturing, OLED, research on next-generation batteries, and advanced materials.

  • Top-tier defined adsorption capacity: Featuring a powerful clean core with impurity removal capacity of up to 45 L O₂ (Oxygen) and 1250 g H₂O (Humidity), accompanied by an automatic regeneration mechanism.
  • Smart energy-saving mode 24/7: Integrating the Energy-Saving mode standard that operates continuously 24/7 even in standby mode, during normal operation, and while processing samples.
  • International standard airtightness: The casing, piping, and vacuum chamber system are entirely made of high-quality stainless steel, certified for airtightness Class 1 (Tightness Class 1) according to ISO 10648-2.
